Aluminum Construction

An Exiss trailer features an aluminum frame and an aluminum exterior. Benefits of our aluminum construction include a lighter trailer weight, better towability, easier maintenance and increased value over the life of the trailer.

Structural Integrity

Exiss horse trailers are built with interlocking plank flooring welded to 2” x 4” I‐beams on 13” or 16” centers. Planks run front‐to‐back and I‐beams run side-to-side to maximize structural integrity.

Extruded Aluminum Flooring

Every Exiss horse trailer features full‐length, interlocking extruded aluminum flooring. This flooring runs from the tip of the trailer to the tail and is ribbed to add strength while also allowing the floor mats to air out.

Patented Slam Latch

Exiss slant load horse trailers feature a patented recessed slam latch that offers extra safety for you and your horses. The fully recessed profile makes for a safer interior, and the easy spring-loaded latch is easy to shut with one hand.

Rubber Mats

Horse trailers from Exiss feature ½” thick rubber mats with a lifetime warranty. Rubber mats from Exiss provide extra cushion for your horse’s comfort during travel and peace of mind with the warranty.

LED Interior Lighting

LED interior lighting standard in Exiss trailers provide a bright and safe loading environment for horses. In addition, long lasting LED lights are more efficient and require minimal upkeep.

Rubber Walls & Insulation

All Exiss horse trailers feature 1 5/8” insulation in all double walls, horse area doors & double lined solid walls. This insulation provides many benefits, including structural support, sound reduction and temperature control. The wall rubber in Exiss horse trailers offers a safe and comfortable surface surrounding horses.

Aluminum Wheels

Aluminum wheels standard on Exiss trailers provide extra value, greater resistance to corrosion and additional style. In addition, a matching spare tire and rim are standard for extra peace of mind.

E-Z Lube Axles

Exiss trailers feature E-Z Lube axles, an axle lubrication system that’s simple to maintain. It features an E-Z Lube cap that allows for easy access, extra protection and virtually no mess when lubricating.

Roof Vents

Every Exiss horse trailer features one pop‐up, two‐way roof vent per stall to help control the climate inside the horse area. Two‐way design of the roof vent allows for air to ‘pull through’ or ‘push out’ depending on climate need.

LED Load Light

Every Exiss horse trailer comes standard with a rear LED load light. We include this feature to help keep horse owners safer while loading or unloading their horses in low light situations. It’s also more convenient when checking on horses during late night trips.

LED Clearance Lights

All clearance lights on Exiss trailers are surface mount LED lights that maximize your visibility as you go down the road. The clearance lights require minimal upkeep due to lower power usage and their long-lasting nature.

Rear Doors

Every Exiss trailer comes standard with cam locks on rear doors to help keep uniform pressure that assists to keep doors sealed against the elements. Every cam lock also features a lockable hasp that’s easy to operate and provides a tight latch to keep horses secure.

Drop Feed Windows

The drop down feed windows on select Exiss horse trailers offer an economical, yet durable solution to provide access and ventilation to horses during trailering. They feature an extra large window for maximum light and airflow, lower handle for easier access and drop feed bars with spring loaded access.

The heavy-duty feed doors on select Exiss horse trailers provide a rugged and robust solution for easy horse area access. They feature an extra large window for maximum light and airflow, aluminum drop feed doors and a lower handle for easy access.

Curbside Windows

Most Exiss slant load trailers feature large 27” x 31” curbside windows for maximum airflow and light. The design also allow for easy change-out to curbside drop feed windows or doors if desired.

Adjustable Saddle Rack

Each Exiss trailer features an adjustable saddle rack that allows horse owners to position their saddle racks to their personal needs. The adjustable, durable design allows for users to set the saddle rack height to their preferences.

Trailer Warranty

We stand behind our product with a 3-year limited transferable / 8-year structural warranty for extra peace of mind while traveling with your horses.

Running Boards

Our aluminum running boards span the full length of the trailer. Understanding the need to quickly view the horses, the running boards allow easier access to see inside the trailer.

Rugged Aluminum Exterior

The rugged and durable side panels outside of the horse area feature 2 air gaps for maximum airflow for your horses.
